The fun (but too long) Hike :)

We went to the "Bowl and Pitcher" for a hike (this picture was actually near the end of the hike and was very welcome to see at that point because there was only 1/2 mile left! *legs groaning*

Walking on the bridge (bridges are so spiffy)

We fed some crackers to the duck but because he was so far bellow us that Youssef had to pretend that the cheezits were ninja stars. ;)

This is actually at the point where we should have turnd back but didn't know it so we hiked an extra 2 miles or so that we'd wished we hadn't done. ;)

Lily is trying to put a pinecone down her shirt. She had some better success with little rocks but the pine cone didn't work as well. ;) She also learned to say "Rock" really well, and kept saying it over and over and over and over and over and over........ while holding a rock in each hand. ;)

The high point of the hike was probably the lowest in elevation. ;) The kids (and Forrest) waded in the water a bit and we all had snacks!

Lily liked watching the river...

Such cute little girls!! It reminds me of when Rebekah and I were little and met each other.

The Tuckers are on the bridge there getting closer and closer to their comfortable car. :)
